The USU Undergraduate Program in Forestry held a Lecturer Coordination Meeting of the Course Teaching Team on January 14, 2025, to evaluate odd-semester academic activities and plan even-semester learning strategies. The aim was to improve the quality of education and prepare excellent graduates in the field of forestry.

The USU Faculty of Forestry organized an International General Lecture and MoU-MoA signing with Seoul National University to promote environmental conservation and forest restoration in the era of climate crisis. The event featured Prof. Ho Sang Kang, Ph.D., who discussed the importance of global collaboration in dealing with climate change.
USI's Faculty of Agriculture and USU's Faculty of Forestry officially signed a collaboration in the fields of research, education, and community service on October 16, 2024. This collaboration includes joint research, student and lecturer exchanges, and innovative programs to support food security and environmental sustainability.
