The Faculty of Forestry at the Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) has been a new force in the forestry field since 2014 and has shown its achievements as one of the best forestry faculties in Indonesia. This achievement is reflected in the 2024 Scimago Institutions Rankings (SIR), where USU Forestry ranked 5th as the best forestry program in Indonesia.
