The survey involved exploring village areas, identifying biodiversity, and examining the potential biodiversity found within the study areas.

Carrying the theme “Youth for Biodiversity Resilience: Young People Taking Action, Natural Wealth Preserved,” the event, held on October 2–3, 2026, served as a platform for learning, capacity building, and idea development for young people to understand forest conservation, biodiversity, forest and land fire prevention and management, and innovation in the forestry sector.

The training was led by Dr. Achmad Siddik Thoha and took place with great enthusiasm, as participants actively engaged in every stage of the activity. Through this training, participants had the opportunity to learn about and develop their skills in using drones as a technology for supporting spatial information collection.

The workshop provided a learning opportunity for students to explore technological developments in forestry, particularly the use of drones for mapping, spatial data collection, and forest area monitoring. The use of such technology is becoming increasingly important as the need for data- and technology-based forest management continues to grow.

The Midterm Examination (UTS) will be held from October 5 to October 14, 2026, starting at 08.00 WIB. From Monday to Thursday, there will be four sessions: 08.00 WIB (Session 1), 09.40 WIB (Session 2), 11.20 WIB (Session 3), and 13.30 WIB (Session 4). No midterm examinations will be held on Fridays.

The meeting served as a momentum for both institutions to become better acquainted while opening opportunities for academic cooperation that can be developed in the future, particularly in the fields of forestry, earth sciences, environment, and sustainable natural resource management.
