The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (Fahutan USU), conducted a routine morning assembly on Monday, October 26, 2026, at Campus 2 Kwala Bekala, Simalingkar, Deli Serdang. This routine event served as a strategic momentum to strengthen team cohesion, foster family spirit, and boost readiness across all faculty units in support of achieving Superior ("Unggul") accreditation status.

The morning assembly was led by Herdin, with Dr. Ir. Furthermore, he announced that Fahutan USU will soon welcome accreditation assessors for field evaluation visits. Consequently, active readiness and cross-unit cooperation from all academic community members are essential to ensure a smooth evaluation process, to secure Superior accreditation for both the Undergraduate (S1) Forestry Program and the Master's (S2) Forestry Program.

In closing, Dr. Luthfi reminded all faculty members of their collective responsibility to safeguard and uphold the institution's positive reputation. The overall quality of a faculty is defined not only by its academic milestones, but also by daily discipline, responsibility, service delivery, and shared commitment to professional duties.

Through this regular morning assembly, Fahutan USU continuously instills a constructive work culture, deepens interpersonal connections between staff and faculty leadership, and fosters dedication toward institutional growth. The morning assembly is envisioned not merely as a formal routine, but as a productive starting point for the workweek driven by discipline, optimism, and accountability.
