This meeting aimed to explore potential collaborations in areas related to the Higher Education Tridharma, encompassing education, research, and community service. SIPEF is a multinational company headquartered in Belgium, managing plantations in various countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, SIPEF oversees commodities such as palm oil, rubber, and tea. During the meeting, participants discussed potential synergies between forestry and plantation management, which could benefit both parties while supporting environmental sustainability. This discussion marks the beginning of a strategic relationship between academia and industry.
