The active participation of faculty leadership alongside all personnel reflects a shared commitment to establishing a healthy, harmonious, and productive work environment.

operations commenced with participants gathering at Campus 2 Kwala Bekala, followed by a joint group photo session. Subsequently, participants embarked on a healthy walk toward the nearby USU Arboretum. The lush natural environment and cool air enhanced the comfort and engagement of participants throughout the walk.

Following the walk, participants gathered to enjoy prepared refreshments. The communal meal served as a warm conclusion, deepening interpersonal connections and offering attendees an opportunity to converse and share experiences in an approachable setting.

This initiative aligns directly with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), notably SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) by promoting healthy lifestyles, and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) by supporting a healthy, productive, and sustainable work environment.
