The Faculty of Forestry USU has adjusted administrative service working hours as well as 2-credit and 3-credit class schedules during Ramadan 1447 H in accordance with the Rector’s Circular Letter of USU. Members of the academic community are advised to carefully review these changes to ensure academic activities and services continue to run effectively.

Based on the Rector of USU Circular Letter No. 4430/UN5.1.R/HK.05/2026, during the holy month of Ramadan 1447 H as well as the National Holidays and Joint Leave for Nyepi Day (Saka New Year 1948) and Eid al-Fitr 1447 H, working hours and academic activities within the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, are subject to adjustment. This policy aims to ensure that services remain effective, efficient, and adaptive throughout Ramadan.
The total effective working hours are set at 32 hours and 30 minutes per week (excluding break times), with the following provisions:
