On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, the Faculty of Forestry at USU received a visit from the Internal Supervisory Board (BPI) of USU as part of the performance audit for the 2025 academic year. The audit aims to evaluate the effectiveness of governance and the performance achievements of work units, as well as to strengthen institutional accountability and service quality. The activity took place in the FHUT USU meeting room at the Kwala Bekala Campus.

FAHUTAN PUBLIC RELATIONS — The Faculty of Forestry at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) conducted its 2025 Academic Year Performance Audit on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The audit was carried out by the Internal Supervisory Agency (BPI) of USU and took place in the Meeting Room of the Faculty of Forestry, Kwala Bekala Campus. The event was attended by the faculty leadership, heads and secretaries of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, expert staff, heads of divisions, and sub-division heads.

 

This performance audit aimed to ensure that all programs, activities, and resource management within the faculty are implemented based on principles of good governance—namely, effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability.

 

 

During the audit session, BPI reviewed various aspects including academic performance, financial management, administrative services, and quality assurance systems. The audit was conducted through document analysis and direct discussions with the faculty’s implementation team.

Through this audit, the Faculty of Forestry at USU demonstrated its commitment to maintaining transparency, professionalism, and institutional accountability in all aspects of higher education delivery.
