The Faculty of Forestry at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) held a Buka Puasa Bersama (Iftar Gathering) on March 7, 2025, at Plaza Rimbawan, fostering a spirit of togetherness. The event began with a recitation of the Quran, followed by speeches from the Head of BKM An-Nur, Dr. Pindi Patana, S.Hut., M.Sc., and the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry USU, Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, S.Hut., M.Si. An inspiring sermon was delivered by Ustadz Dr. Mhd. Yadi Harahap, MH., emphasizing the importance of unity in observing Ramadan. The warm atmosphere continued as participants broke their fast together, performed the Maghrib prayer in congregation, and enjoyed a communal dinner, strengthening the bonds between faculty members, staff, and the extended family of the Faculty of Forestry USU.
HUMAS FAHUTAN – The Faculty of Forestry at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) hosted a Buka Puasa Bersama (Iftar Gathering) on Friday, March 7, 2025, at Plaza Rimbawan as a moment to strengthen bonds during the holy month of Ramadan. The event was attended by nearly all faculty members, staff, and their families, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness.
The gathering began with a recitation of the Quran, followed by welcoming remarks from the Head of BKM An-Nur, Dr. Pindi Patana, S.Hut., M.Sc., and the Dean of the Faculty of Forestry USU, Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, S.Hut., M.Si. The highlight of the event was a religious sermon delivered by Ustadz Dr. Mhd. Yadi Harahap, MH., who shared an inspiring message about the essence of fasting and the importance of fostering unity within the academic community.
Following the sermon, participants broke their fast together, performed the Maghrib prayer in congregation, and concluded the evening with a communal dinner. This event served as a special moment to strengthen connections among the academic community of the Faculty of Forestry USU while also deepening spiritual values through togetherness
