Thursday, March 21, 2024, was a historic day for Shahnaz D. Pasha, Tsabitah S. Kurniawan, Daniel Rolex P. Napitupulu, Mia Amelia, Syahira U. Salsabila, and Karima Syahida. On this date, they successfully earned recognition as winners of the 2024 Pemilihan Mahasiswa Berprestasi (Pilmapres) at the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU). The event was held at the Faculty of Forestry, USU Campus 2 in Bekala, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
This prestigious event was attended by the Head of the Undergraduate Program in Forestry, Dr. Ir. Tito Sucipto, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU., ASEAN Eng., who also served as one of the judges. Other members of the judging panel included lecturers from the USU Faculty of Forestry: Dr. Anita Zaitunah, S.Hut., M.Sc., Dr. Ir. Bejo Slamet, S.Hut., M.Si., and Dr. Kansih Sri Hartini, S.Hut., M.P.
Based on the judges’ evaluations, the winners were announced as follows:
