The program reflects the faculty's commitment to creating a healthy, productive, and supportive working environment that promotes the well-being of all members of its academic community.

The activity also supports the implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), by promoting active lifestyles, physical and mental well-being, and a healthy workplace. In addition, it contributes to SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) by strengthening internal collaboration, fostering stronger relationships among faculty leaders, lecturers, and administrative staff, and cultivating a harmonious organizational culture that supports the implementation of the university's Tridharma (three pillars of higher education). By utilizing the USU Arboretum as a shared green space, the Faculty of Forestry demonstrates that the campus environment serves not only as a center for education and research but also as a sustainable ecosystem that nurtures a healthy, inclusive, productive, and connected academic community.
