The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, held a Faculty Advisory Board meeting on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, attended by professors and senate members. The meeting discussed various inputs for the development of academic quality improvement programs, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) achievements, and internationalization efforts. This discussion is expected to generate constructive recommendations to support the institution's sustainable advancement.

FAHUTAN PR – The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held a meeting with the Faculty Advisory Board (DPF) on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, consisting of professors and senate members. The meeting focused on discussions regarding the development of quality improvement programs and the achievement of the faculty's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

 

 

Held in the Faculty of Forestry meeting room, the event explored various inputs from the advisory board in formulating strategies to enhance institutional performance, with internationalization being one of the main topics. Internationalization is considered vital to support excellent accreditation, global collaboration, and increased international recognition for the faculty.

 

The discussion also highlighted concrete steps to enhance academic quality, research productivity, and international collaboration relevant to global trends in forestry and environmental sciences.

This meeting is part of a continuous internal evaluation effort aimed at realizing the Faculty of Forestry USU as a world-class, research-based, and globally competitive institution.
