Becoming a young graduate who completes their studies on time is every student's dream, including two students from the Faculty of Forestry at Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Zepanya Sihombing, S.Hut. (201201177) and Lola Anggita Siregar, S.Hut. (201201133). These two students successfully completed their studies and earned their Bachelor of Forestry (S.Hut.) degree in less than four years, approximately 3 years and 8 months. Their achievements have motivated and inspired other students to complete their studies more quickly and become competent graduates.
Both students, recorded as the "fastest graduates," are undergraduates in the Forestry Study Program with a focus on Forest Management. Zepan, as Zepanya Sihombing is affectionately known, was mentored by Dr. Anita Zaitunah, S.Hut., M.Sc., and completed his thesis defense on March 6, 2024. Meanwhile, Lola Anggita Siregar was mentored by Dr. Ir. OK Hasnanda Syahputra, S.Hut., M.P., and completed her thesis defense on March 8, 2024.
Both have remarkable academic track records and completed their studies and thesis defenses with outstanding results. Congratulations to the two fastest graduates and their thesis supervisors. May they serve as role models, inspirations, and motivation for others.
