Prof. Dr. Rudi Hartono, S.Hut., M.Si., IPM is the third of six children born on April 9, 1970. He took his undergraduate education at Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Forestry (S.Hut). Then, he continued his studies at the same campus and graduated in 2001 with a Master of Science (M.Si). Not stopping there, with high learning determination, he then continued his education at the same campus and graduated in 2012 as a Doctor (Dr.). Since 2003, he has devoted himself to being a lecturer at the USU Faculty of Forestry in the field of Forest Products Technology, especially wood modification. In 2021, to be precise, on May 17, 2021, he was entrusted to carry out the mandate as Dean of the USU Faculty of Forestry. Although he has various activities, until now, he has been active in conducting various research and community services in his field.
