Adjustment of working hours at the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara during Ramadan 2024, based on the Rector's Letter and the Vice Dean I Circular. Administrative service hours and academic activities have been adjusted, including lecture and practicum durations. Check out the full schedule here!
In accordance with Rector’s Letter No. 9408/UN5.1.R/KPM/2024 and Vice Dean I Circular of the Faculty of Forestry USU No. 324/UN5.2.15.D1/SPB/2024, there are several adjustments to the working hours at the Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara, as follows:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 15:00 WIB, with a break from 12:30 – 13:00 WIB.
Friday: 08:00 – 15:30 WIB, with a break from 12:00 – 13:00 WIB.
The duration of lectures (2 credits) and practicum (1 credit) is adjusted from 100 minutes to 60 minutes.
The duration of lectures (3 credits) is adjusted from 150 minutes to 90 minutes.
The duration of thesis defense, proposal seminar, and research seminar remains unchanged but follows the working hours during Ramadan.
Regular thesis defense schedule:
08:00 – 10:00 WIB
10:00 – 12:00 WIB
13:00 – 15:00 WIB
