The PKM-GFT team from the Forestry Program at Universitas Sumatera Utara has successfully secured 2025 national funding with their “Layered Garden” innovation, which integrates tiered landscaping, renewable energy, and environmental education. The program is supervised by Dr. Anita Zaitunah and involves five active Forestry students.
Congratulations to the PKM-GFT (Student Creativity Program – Written Futuristic Ideas) team from the Forestry Study Program at USU for successfully securing national funding for 2025!
With the project titled:
“Layered Garden: Transforming Unused Land into a Tiered Garden with Renewable Energy System and Environmental Education,”
this team introduces a brilliant innovation in green space management by integrating renewable energy systems and environmental learning.
