Hello Bestree!!

Welcome to the new students of the Forestry Study Program, Faculty of Forestry USU. This year's PKKMB (Student Orientation Program) carries the theme MERANTI, which stands for "Building Resilient, Visionary, and Innovative Forestry Professionals." Below is the schedule for this year’s PKKMB:

Day I (Tuesday, August 13, 2024)
Padang Bulan Campus (06:00 – 09:30 WIB)

  • Opening Ceremony
  • MURI Record Breaking
  • Entertainment
  • UKM Profile Video
  • Introduction to USU Leadership, Work Units, and Faculty
  • Handing over new students to the Dean
  • Mobilizing students to Bekala Campus using Bus Linus

Bekala Campus (10:30 – 17:00 WIB)

  • Opening and group photo
  • Introduction to lecturers and staff
  • PKKMB class materials
  • Mobilizing students back to Padang Bulan Campus using Bus Linus

Day II (Wednesday, August 14, 2024)
Padang Bulan Campus (06:00 – 06:30 WIB)

  • Mobilizing students to Bekala Campus using Bus Linus

Bekala Campus (07:30 – 17:00 WIB)

  • PKKMB class materials
  • Talk show with high-achieving students and PKM Corner
  • Introduction to UKM/Ormawa
  • Mobilizing students back to Padang Bulan Campus using Bus Linus

Day III (Thursday, August 15, 2024)
Padang Bulan Campus (06:00 – 06:30 WIB)

  • Mobilizing students to Bekala Campus using Bus Linus

Bekala Campus (07:30 – 17:00 WIB)

  • Introduction to study interests
  • Alumni sharing session
  • Creative performances by new students, students, lecturers, and staff
  • Closing and group photo
  • Mobilizing students back to Padang Bulan Campus using Bus Linus
