Discuss your study plan with your Academic Advisor (DPA). Before completing your KRS, discuss your study plan, previous semester’s academic results, and any academic challenges you may be facing with your DPA. Bring your Academic Transcript (KHS), previous semester’s KRS, and course list as discussion materials.
REMEMBER YOUR KRS, FOLLOW THE L.A.N.G.K.A.H
L — Learn and discuss with your Academic Advisor (DPA).
Before completing your KRS, discuss your study plan, previous semester’s academic results, and any academic challenges you may be facing with your DPA. Bring your Academic Transcript (KHS), previous semester’s KRS, and course list as discussion materials.
A — Add and submit your KRS through the Academic System.
After receiving guidance from your DPA, complete your KRS through satu.usu.ac.id based on your discussion. Make sure the courses you select are in accordance with the curriculum, meet the required prerequisites, and comply with the permitted credit (SKS) limit.
N — Note and review your KRS with your DPA.
After completing your KRS, communicate with your DPA again to ensure that all selected courses are appropriate. If there are any errors or changes that need to be made, revise the KRS before obtaining your DPA’s approval.
G — Get your DPA’s approval before printing the KRS.
Once your KRS has been approved by your DPA, print four (4) copies and attach a passport-sized photo according to the requirements of the Study Program before proceeding with the signing process.
K — Keep the signatures complete.
Sign the KRS together with your DPA as the final approval of the courses you have registered for. Make sure all required sections of every KRS copy have been properly signed.
A — Arrange and submit the documents to the Study Program.
Submit the signed KRS to the Forestry Study Program through the class coordinator (komting) according to the designated schedule to obtain approval from the Head of the Study Program.
H — Hand out the approved KRS.
After the KRS has been approved by the Head of the Study Program, it will be distributed to the student, DPA, Thesis Supervisor (DPS), and Forestry Study Program. Keep your KRS safely as an academic document throughout the semester.
