Universitas Sumatera Utara has announced changes to the registration schedule and document submission for Graduation Period II of Academic Year 2025/2026, with faculty-level registration extended until 9 January 2026.

Universitas Sumatera Utara has officially announced revisions to the registration and document submission schedule for Graduation Period II of Academic Year 2025/2026. This adjustment is intended to provide additional time for faculties and the Graduate School to complete the graduation administrative process.

 

The revised schedule is as follows:

  • Registration of graduation candidates at the Faculty/Graduate School level, originally scheduled to end on 6 January 2026, has been extended until 9 January 2026.
  • Submission of graduates’ documents to the USU Academic Bureau, previously scheduled until 9 January 2026 at 3:00 p.m. WIB, has been rescheduled to 13 January 2026 at 4:30 p.m. WIB.

 

All prospective graduates are expected to take note of this revised schedule and promptly complete all required documents in accordance with the applicable regulations to ensure a smooth graduation process.
