PT Fajar Surya Swadaya, in collaboration with Universitas Sumatera Utara, opens opportunities for fresh graduates to join the Forestry Management Trainee (FMT) program for D3/S1 graduates in Forestry, Agriculture, Social Sciences, and Law. This program is designed to produce professional personnel who are ready to work in the field through a 6-month training period with placement in Muara Toyu District, East Kalimantan, as well as a 1-year service bond in forestry concession areas in East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
The selection will be held at USU Medan on 2–3 March 2026, consisting of psychological tests and interviews. Participants are required to bring a complete CV along with supporting documents. The entire recruitment process is free of charge and no fees are required, and registration can be completed through the available barcode.
