signature and attestation of documents in the USU Forestry Study Program is completed within ≤ 2 working days (K2H).
Students do not need to wait or look for the Head/Secretary of the Forestry Study Program to ask for a signature on academic documents. Simply place the document on the “Entry Document” shelf in the Forestry Study Program Room. We will process it immediately and students just need to take the signed document on the “Outgoing Documents” shelf.
Make sure the document is JELAS, ie:
J - Working hours and days of submission?
E - Ethics of submission?
L - Complete all documents?
A - Appropriate rules and format?
S - Is everything filled in?
