In connection with the implementation of the Final Semester Exam for Even Semester in 2023/2024, starting June 03, 2024, until June 15, 2024, we hereby convey the following matters:
In connection with the implementation of the Final Semester Exam for Even Semester in 2023/2024, starting June 03, 2024, until June 15, 2024, we hereby convey the following matters:
1. Implementation of the Final Exam for Even Semester in 2023/2024 for the Undergraduate Program in Forestry on June 03 - 07, 2024.
2. Implementation of the Final Exam for Even Semester in 2023/2024 for the Master's Program in Forestry on June 12-13, 2024.
3. Examinees must be present in the USU Campus 2 Kwala Bekala exam room according to the set exam schedule.
4. The examination must be conducted at the USU Campus 2 Kwala Bekala.
5. To the course coordinator to convey to the course lecturer to submit the exam question file to the Academic Section of the Faculty of Forestry no later than 3 (three) days before the course schedule is tested. This is necessary to provide sufficient time for the Academic Subdivision to print, duplicate, and pack exam questions and answer sheets. If the test questions are not sent to the Academic Section of the Faculty, the course lecturer must duplicate the questions independently.
6. Exam questions on Monday, June 3, 2024, are given to the Academic Section of the Faculty of Forestry no later than Thursday, May 30, 2024, at 14.00 WIB.
7. Exam questions can be sent via email to soalujian.kehutanan@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to the Academic Subdivision of the Faculty of Forestry.
8. According to the schedule, the lecturers of the course team whose material is tested on the UAS must be present in the exam room.
9. Education Personnel assigned to supervise must be present 30 minutes earlier.
10. According to the Academic Calendar for 2023/2024, grades will be imported into the Academic Information System (AIS) from June 4, 2024, to June 21, 2024.
11. The Final Examination of Even Semester FY 2023/2024 deadline is June 26, 2024.
