J — Job submission hours and working days
E — Etiquette in submitting the documents
L — All documents are complete
A — Applicable rules and formats are followed
S — Everything has been filled out

Students do not need to wait for or look for the Head or Secretary of the Forestry Study Program to obtain signatures on academic documents. Simply place the completed documents on the “Incoming Documents” rack, then check the results on the “Outgoing Documents” rack.

K2H — document signing and approval is completed within ≤ 2 working days.

So, make sure your documents are CLEAR before submitting them to ensure a smooth and efficient process!
