Volunteer recruitment for The 3rd International Summer Course 2025 is officially open! This program supports the implementation of an international event on mangrove conservation in North Sumatra. Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in managing a global event and build international networks with participants and speakers from various countries.
Are you passionate about the environment and eager to be part of an international event? Join us as a volunteer for The 3rd International Summer Course 2025: “Journey Among North Sumatran Mangrove!”
The event will take place from August 31 to September 7, 2025, in North Sumatra.
As a volunteer, you’ll assist international participants and speakers, support logistics, handle registration and documentation, and take part in class sessions and field trips.
Requirements:
Proficient in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
Preferably holds an English proficiency certificate (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, etc.)
Interested in environmental issues, cultural exchange, or event management
Responsible, communicative, and a good team player
Fully available during the program (August 31 – September 7, 2025)
Able to attend the mandatory pre-event briefing
