The Academic Calendar for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year has been established as the official guideline for the implementation of academic activities for students, lecturers, and educational staff of Universitas Sumatera Utara.

In relation to the implementation of academic activities for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year, Universitas Sumatera Utara has established the Academic Calendar for the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year in accordance with the Decree of the Rector of USU No. 3369/UN5.1.R/SK/PK.00/2025 dated 29 July 2025, as a guideline for the organization of academic activities within the university.
This academic calendar contains provisions and timeframes for the implementation of various academic activities, including Course Registration (KRS), the conduct of lectures, learning evaluations, and other academic activities applicable to the Even Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year.
All members of the academic community—students, lecturers, and educational staff—are required to use this academic calendar as the official reference in planning and carrying out academic activities to ensure that academic processes run in an orderly, effective, and compliant manner.
