The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held an online Workshop on Updating the Undergraduate Curriculum on October 27, 2025.
The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), once again held a Workshop on Updating the Undergraduate Curriculum, which took place online via Zoom Meeting on Monday, October 27, 2025, starting at 09.00 WIB.
The workshop featured several competent speakers in the fields of forestry and education, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. A. Mujetahid, M.S.Hut., M.P., IPU. (Chairman of FOReTIKA for the 2024–2027 Period), M. Indra Kurnia, S.Hut. (Director of Conservation YOSL–OIC), Prof. Dr. Dwi Suryanto, M.Sc. (Head of the Curriculum and Learning Innovation Institute – LINKUP USU), and Dr. Ir. Tito Sucipto, S.Hut., M.Si., IPU., ASEAN Eng. (Head of the Undergraduate Forestry Study Program, USU).
The event was officially opened by Prof. Dr. Ir. Rudi Hartono, S.Hut., M.Si., IPM, Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, USU.
This activity aimed to strengthen the curriculum’s relevance to current demands and ensure that graduates of the Faculty of Forestry, USU, possess excellent competencies that make a positive impact on society and the environment.
