The USU Faculty of Forestry once again held the Practitioner Teaching activity for the Odd Semester of the 2025/2026 Academic Year for the Non-Timber Forest Products Course (HUT 3C & HUT 3D). In this session, students will explore the gambir commodity in greater depth, including its characteristics, utilization, and future research opportunities.
This activity features Prof. Nanang Masruchin, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., a researcher from the Research Center for Food Technology and Processes, BRIN, and is accompanied by Arif Nuryawan, S.Hut., M.Si., Ph.D., as the course instructor.
