The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), held the Academic and Student Talk (BADAK) event in the Undergraduate Thesis Supervisor Selection Series for the 2023 cohort. This activity served as a forum for orientation and initial guidance before the thesis writing process.
The Faculty of Forestry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), once again held the Academic and Student Talk activity, known as BADAK. This time, the theme raised was the Thesis Supervisor Selection (DPS) Series.

In this session, students will receive direct guidance from speakers who are also Heads of Laboratories at the Faculty of Forestry, namely Dr. Anita Zaitunah, S.Hut., M.Sc., Dr. Deni Elfiati, S.P., M.P., Dr. Ir. Luthfi Hakim, S.Hut., M.Si., IPM., and Dr. Ridahati Rambey, S.Hut., M.Si.
This event is specifically intended for students of the 2023 cohort or previous batches who have not yet selected a Thesis Supervisor (DPS). Through this activity, students are expected to gain a better understanding of the supervisor selection process and build closer academic communication with lecturers.
